KAIZEN manage the commercial and retail element of Index which is under the ownership of our long standing Client, Emirates REIT. Index Tower is an iconic Foster + Partners designed building that dominates the Dubai Skyline. and includes residential, commercial and retail. KAIZEN manage the entire retail, 17 floors of commercial offices and 1404 car parking spaces, equating to a Net Leasable Area of 43,590 m2 (469,199 Sq.Ft).

KAIZEN manage all building operations including tenant management, management of all service providers, financial management and car parking management.

Fortunato, Jumeirah Village Circle

The Fortunato development is a mixed-use property with a total of 326 different types of residences ranging from one, two and three bed- rooms apartments to lofts, duplexes & town houses and is spread over 75 hectares. Our involvement with this development started with researching & advising on building specifications, selecting and managing the architectural consultants, and will continue through to the management of the construction stage and handover process.

Indigo 7

Indigo 7 is located along the northern side of Sheikh Zayed Road within the Al Manara district of Dubai, a primarily residential district. The building is a low-rise development constructed in 2009 featuring retail and office components. The building is situated on a land plot that comprises approximately 15,000 ft2.
